Brother Qasim was extremely helpful during my 14 day Umrah trip during Ramadan from the the first enquiry, the ground transportation was flawless from and to the airport as well as between Makkah and Madinah. Do I need a visa for my Umrah?
Yes, a valid visa is required for visiting Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) for Umrah. You can obtain Umrah visa through an approved agent or opt for electronic visa waiver visa or E-Visa for performing Umrah. However, you will need a Hajj visa approved by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in order to visit KSA for Hajj.
Can a Women Go to Umrah and Hajj Without Maharam?
Yes! The KSA government has lifted its ban to allow women to go for Umrah without any Mahram. However, it is recommended for women to be part of a group to ensure all the necessary arrangements are done, properly.
What are the passport requirements for going on pilgrimage?
- A valid passport with expiry at-least six months from date of return
- Minimum 2 blank pages in passport
- Non-British passport holders need to show proof of UK residency, work permit visa or student visa.
- 2 passport size photographs with white background
- A marriage certificate for wife or birth certificate for kids accompanied by their husband or Father

How do I amend a package I have already booked?
You can change your package online with low change fees up to 28 days before departure. Just get in touch with our team and they will help you make necessary amendments.
